The charity is run by a management committee comprising seven elected members and seven members representing various local organisations as follows:
· Northaw and Cuffley Parish Council (2 members)
· The Parochial Church Council of the Ecclesiastical Parish of Northaw and Cuffley (2 Members)
· The Northaw Charity
· The Northaw and Cuffley Residents Association
· The Northaw Senior Citizens

Three Committee Meetings are held each year as follows:
· January – General Meeting for The Committee
· May – General Meeting for The Committee
· September – Annual General Meeting – open to all members to attend
